Loeffler Farming Philosophy
At Loeffler Farms we are dedicated to raising the best quality food for you and your family. We manage our Ohio pastures using a rotational grazing method. This helps to ensure the health of our animals by reducing the parasite burden. This leads to healthier happier livestock, and happy meat tastes better. Rotational grazing safeguards our fields, allowing a higher water absorption rate. This makes our fields more environmentally sound by reducing run-off. These practices lead to greater field sustainability, and healthy happy animals.
Loeffler Farms is located in Marengo, Ohio. It is owned and operated by Scott, Erica, and Kathryn Loeffler. Established in 2014, Loeffler Farms began with a flock of Dorset Sheep. It has expanded to include Berkshire Pigs, Angus Beef Cattle, and free-range laying hens.
We are a small-scale and sustainable farm. Smaller herd sizes mean happier, healthier meat, and that just tastes better. Give our meat a try, and you will taste the difference!
